Life occasionally gifts us with struggles: mental, physical, and spiritual. These struggles can present themselves in the form of depression, frustration, fear, doubt, anger, worry, judgment, blame, stress, physical pain, and more. On our life path we can find ourselves stuck or frozen. Our jobs may suffer or our relationships may be imbalanced. An Energy Healing works to re-establish balance, thus allowing us to move forward and through these struggles.
When we meet for an Energy Healing, I will chat with you for a few minutes to better understand what you would like to work on during the healing. After that, we will begin the session where I will look for the areas of imbalance in your energy field. Throughout the session, I will share with you the pictures, words, feelings, and knowings that I receive as we work together to shift the energy and move toward healing. Your participation and intention plays an important role in the effectiveness of the healing session. You must be willing to release and let go of the energies that are preventing you from reaching your full potential.
After the session, most people feel more peaceful and relaxed. They may have insights and understandings into their lives and relationships, they may feel more confident to face their challenges, they may be able to manage their stress more easily, and they may have a more optimistic outlook overall. The effects of the session may be subtle or more dramatic depending on each individual and their growth.
